What will the website cost? |
We specializes in
custom web site design and development. Each project is quoted
individually based on your company's needs, goals, and vision.
Because each web site is custom designed to fit a clients
specific needs prices vary.
We request a 50% deposit in all cases and will consider taking
payment by installments if necessary. Payment can be made by
cheque, Bank transfer. The only ongoing cost will be your
annual hosting fee. |

How long does it take for a design to be completed? |

The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the
client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to
meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a
site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by
the client. |

I don't know anything about web
site design and development, what is the process? |
- A meeting either by phone or face to face to determine
the requirements of the project and to map out a web site
development plan.
- A formal proposal is presented for review. Upon
acceptance of proposal a 50% deposit is required to begin
work. Depending on size of project 1/3 payments are
sometimes set.
- You have homework! To start the design of your web site
we ask that you look at web sites and provide us with the
website addresses of the sites you like different aspects
of. This process gives us a good idea of what you are
visualizing and the style you desire for your web sites
overall look and feel. You will also need to pull together
the content and verbiage you want for your web site. If
help is needed to write the content of your site we offer
content writing services as well.
- A design concept is presented for your approval. Once
the design is approved the building of your web site
begins! Completed pages are submitted for your review.
Once the entire site is completed we walk through the web
site with you. Once final approval is given by you the
final payment balance is due and we push your web site
live on the internet!

What happens when I complete your contact form? |
| If you are making an enquiry about a possible site you would like created, please provide a brief outline of your requirments. We will then mail you back promptly with an idea of price/timescale and any suggestions with regard to your project. You are not obliged to use our services at any stage during this process, so feel free to use the form to ask any related questions you may have. |

What is ftp? |
| FTP
(File Transfer Protocol) is a method of transferring files (web pages
for example) from your local PC to your web server. There are a variety
of free ftp software programs available on the Internet and they enable
you to update your website pages at any given time. When a hosting
package is purchased 'ftp details', consisting of the host name, User ID
and password are sent to us. Upon completion of the website and receipt
of payment for any work carried out, we then send these details to the
client. |

How do I get listed in Google? |
| It is free to submit to Google
. We submit all websites we design to Google, Yahoo! and
DMOZ. |

What is optimization? |
| All
web pages should be 'optimized'. This will enable your site to gain a
high search engine ranking, it revolves around the meta tags on your web
pages, a web page that isn't optimized won't appear in the search
engines to any great degree. |

Will we need to have a meeting? |
| In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and 90% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only. |

What after sales support do you offer? |
| After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter will be charged. |

What level of skills are needed to design a website? |
| Relatively speaking, the complexity of programming needed to design, program and host a site is about 50 times the complexity of designing a newsletter or marketing brochure. We do not use pre-fabricated designs or templates that cannot realistically showcase your business offerings. Website designs can be formatted for us to update, or for your company to update and revise as per your on-going business needs. Websites are time consuming to create, and the entire breadth of the project is dependant upon the specific design requirements. We utilize comprehensive programming and numerous robust software applications to provide you with an excellent result. Each website page is comprised of multiple program files that are precisely designed to look good for all viewers to your website. For example, viewers may have different computer monitor sizes, ages of computers, software programs (Browsers), etc that they use when they look at your site. We perfect your web page design for these varied scenarios. The realistic and worthwhile payoff to your company can be enhanced business success. |

Why are template designs cheaper
than custom web site designs? |
| Template designs are premade designs that are sold over and over. Although they are an inexpensive alternative to a custom web site design they also have limitations and disadvantages. you own all graphics and files associated with the web site.
We will provide you a CD containing all web site files at any
time upon request. The web site design created for you cannot
be re-sold to anyone else. |
